The Basic Session is an introductory step into faith-based life coaching, created to provide a safe and supportive space for reflection and encouragement. This session focuses on listening, identifying immediate concerns, and getting to know your coach. Through guided conversation I will get to learn a little about your story as well. During this session we begin uncovering areas where healing, clarity, and direction are needed. The Basic Session offers hope, reassurance, and a foundation of faith—helping you take the first step toward wholeness and renewed purpose in Christ.
The Intermediate Session is designed for those who are ready to go deeper in their healing and faith journey. This session focuses on identifying heart wounds, renewing the mind through biblical truth, and strengthening spiritual disciplines. Together, we explore patterns, beliefs, and emotional blocks that may be holding you back, while inviting God’s Holy Spirit to bring clarity, healing, and direction. Through guided conversation, prayer, and faith-based tools, this session helps you move from awareness to growth—building confidence, resilience, and a deeper trust in God’s purpose for your life.
The Reset Session is a pause designed to help you realign your heart, mind, and spirit with God. This session creates space to release emotional burdens, quiet the noise, and reconnect with biblical truth. Through reflective conversation, prayer, and Spirit-led guidance, we focus on restoring peace, renewing perspective, and inviting God’s healing hands into areas of weariness or confusion. The Reset Session offers encouragement, clarity, and spiritual grounding—helping you move forward refreshed, refocused, and anchored in faith.
The Advanced Service Session is for individuals who are ready to walk boldly in healing, purpose, and spiritual maturity. This session focuses on deep heart work, spiritual alignment, and discerning God’s calling for your life. Through intentional dialogue, prayer, and Spirit-led coaching, we address long-standing patterns, strengthen faith foundations, and develop practical, faith-centered action steps. The Advanced Service Session is designed to help you move forward with confidence, clarity, and obedience—equipped to live out your God-given purpose with renewed strength and conviction.

The Book: “Healing Hands for an Unhealed Heart” was born from a personal journey of pain, faith, and restoration. What began as a survival kit for my own healing became a guided testimony—led by God’s Holy Spirit—to share my Jesus story.
The name reflects the truth that while hearts may be wounded, God’s healing hands are always at work. Through faith-based life coaching, this space exists to remind others that they are not alone, their story matters, and healing is possible through Christ.
